Full Job Description

Letsby Avenue are seeking a part time dedicated Maintenance and Compliance Coordinator to join our growing team.

You will be a natural problem solver, can think on their feet, keep calm in a crisis and possess excellent people skills.

The Maintenance Coordinator role is extremely varied making each day new and exciting. Ultimately, the focus is to protect our Landlord’s investments and ensure that our managed portfolio is maintained to the highest of standards. As a business we are committed to developing our employees, we want you to grow with us.

Typical tasks will include but are not limited to;

  • Liaising with property managers to ensure all contractual elements are delivered
  • Responding to all reactive maintenance
  • Processing property inspections and arranging pro active maintenance
  • Facilitating end of lease and managing tenants deposits
  • Liaising with dedicated property manager to ensure all maintenance works are carried out in a timely fashion and to an excellent standard
  • Maintaining accurate file notes
  • Recommending scope of works for EPC increases
  • Recommending property upgrades to Landlords
  • Reporting to the Director

We are keen to find someone who;

  • Is passionate about the property industry and are keen to join a successful and growing business
  • Previous industry experience is essential
  • Management experience desirable
  • Experience working in a Property Management department within a busy office desirable
  • Has a natural flair for and enjoys dealing with people and, always looks to provide the best customer service
  • Is articulate with strong negotiating skills
  • Is willing to work one Saturday in three.
