Property Manager

Letsby Avenue are seeking a full time, experienced dedicated Property Manager to join our growing team.

You will be a natural problem solver, can think on their feet, keep calm in a crisis and possess excellent people skills.

The Property Manager is extremely varied making each day new and exciting. Ultimately, the focus is to protect our Landlord’s investments and ensure that our managed portfolio is maintained to the highest of standards. As a business we are committed to developing our employees, we want you to grow with us.

Typical tasks will include but are not limited to:

• All aspects of lettings and property management
• Conducting viewings and processing applications
• Conducting property checks
• Liaising with landlords over repairs and compliance
• Liaising with tenants
• Dealing with tenant and landlord complaints

We are keen to find someone who;

• Is passionate about the property industry and are keen to join a successful and growing business
• Previous industry experience is essential
• Management experience desirable
• Experience working in a Property Management department within a busy office desirable
• Has a natural flair for and enjoys dealing with people and, always looks to provide the best customer service
• Is articulate with strong negotiating skills
• Is willing to work one Saturday in three.
• Is able to manage a case load of over 100 properties and deal with tenants and landlord.
• Can liaise with the maintenance team over repairs and compliance
