"I can not reccommend Letsby Avenue enough. They have been exceptional in letting my property and their customer service ethics are second to none. Having never used an agency before, I was slightly sceptical at the levels of service I’d receive but without question, they have supressed any expectations particularly as there were a few teething problems in the first few weeks (house issues, not them!). Steve and Amy were quick to respond and to resolve the minor problems I had which took the pressure off me significantly. Working full-time and in renovation challenge (s) I’m sure folk in similar situations will empathise that time is often short and the occasional hassles of managing a property can be time consuming. Selecting this reputable firm has been the best choice I’ve made to free my time and not have the added concern/stresses that older properties often give!
