A message from the Managing Director at Letsby Avenue (Yorkshire) Ltd. A residential Letting Agent in Leeds.
I have a number of years experience within the Lettings and Property Management sector and various management qualifications.
As a past student I had previous dealings with Letting Agencies and all of them were not positive experiences. I set up this business in order to put some honesty and integrity back in to the Lettings industry and, as Yorkshire’s only ethical Letting Agency, we strive not to keep the lowest possible fees to either Landlords or Tenants. We only change 10% commission to Landlords with no other hidden fees or charges – guaranteed! Something that we can be proud of!
My role as Managing Director will be to oversee the whole process of your involvement with Letsby Avenue, whether you are a property owner or tenant, I will be dealing with you from the first point of contact, to the end of your involvement with our services.

Anna sedlikovskiene
Finance Manager
Anna has extensive experience of the business finance sector and works closely with the Director to understand the specific company objectives.
Anna was born in Lithuania and worked in a bank. Her role was overseeing customer mortgages, credit cards and mortgage renewals.
With over 11 years’ experience and knowledge of the UK finance and accounting industry, Anna is able to achieve the best possible outcome for vendors and landlords alike.
Anna has extensive knowledge of UK tax law and accounting, she is a valued member of the organisation.
Sarah Skentzou
Branch Manager
Sarah has several years of sales and customer service experience with excellent client building relationship skills and extensive knowledge of the property sector ensuring clients and tenants are looked after and receive the best service.
Sarah has acquired a Level 3 CePAP certificate in Property Advice and Practice.
In her spare time Sarah enjoys going to the gym, horse riding and long walks in the peak districts and travelling, Sarah also cannot make a baby Guinness very well however has great wrestling skills and flexibility on a bouncy castle.
jessica duckett
Property Manager/Sales Negotiator
Jessica originally joined Letsby Avenue just over a year ago and has extensive knowledge specialising in sales with over 12 years of experience .
Working closely with clients Jessica has a strong track record in even the most challenging of sales negotiations, building strong relationships with all parties involved.
Aside from being an influential and well respected Sales and Lettings Negotiator, Jessica acquired a BA Hons in Applied Psychology under governing body Lancaster University and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her daughter going on country walks and exploring new adventures.
Bethany Alexandrou
Property Manager
Bethany has 4 years’ experience in property management and has an extensive knowledge of the property sector specifically in property management. She has a great proven track record with both landlords and tenants ensuring all parties are happy at all times.
She has acquired qualifications in letting agent and property management skills, property law and legislation and completed a real estate agents’ course.
In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her son, going on walks and the occasional bottomless brunch.

Chief Tail Wagger
Elmo is the office chief tail wagger and can often be found charging around the office with no direction or purpose.
Elmo is 6 years old and acts as the office therapy dog, providing hugs and cuddles to staff when they have had a bad day.
